At the Working Lands Alliance annual meeting on November 15, Governor Malloy said, “We just don’t have as many advocates as we need. We need more at the table and need to get the next generation of leaders and legislators ready.”
We could not agree more.
With the 2018 legislative session starting on February 7, CLCC has released its 2018 Conservation Agenda, is meeting with legislators, and working to build our grassroots advocacy program to ensure our voices are even stronger and our presence more visible on critical issues that impact land conservation funding and programs.
We look forward to working with you in the upcoming legislative session. Together we will speak up, stand strong, and make a difference!
