Did you miss it?

Earlier this month, The Land Trust Alliance hosted the National Land Conservation Conference at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford, CT. Starting with field trips and workshops on Saturday, October 2nd and culminating with Rallypalooza on the evening of October 5th, Rally 2010 had much to offer to everyone. This year’s conference drew 1,867 attendees, with 209 people representing 66 different organizations coming from right here in Connecticut. Congratulations to those of you who served on the Host Committee for helping plan such a terrific event.

As part of the conference festivities, the CT Land Conservation Council hosted a reception Monday evening at the Polish National Home to provide an opportunity for Connecticut conservation and environmental leaders, professionals and volunteers to socialize and network, complete with great food and music.
