Yesterday afternoon, I attended a Litchfield Hills Greenprint Collaborative meeting where I was treated to a demonstration of their awesome interactive map portal. This meeting was followed by the Norfolk Land Trust’s GIS monitoring workshop led by Connwood forester David Beers, after which I joined Northwest land trust friends and colleagues for networking and socializing at a Meet Your Greens event.
The festivities ended at 6:30pm. The night was young.
To top off an already delightful day, I traveled via scenic back roads to join the Hartland Land Trust for a special event showcasing the extraordinary photos of Cheryl Anderson, wildlife photographer and Hartland resident. The room was packed with land trust friends, neighbors and nature lovers. It was a lovely community event.
Thanks to you, yesterday was just another day at the best job ever.
Whether at a board meeting, on a hike, at one of your programs, or ours -- your dedication and passion continue to be our inspiration at CLCC to provide the services, assistance and leadership you need to achieve your land conservation goals.
